Gary Baildon specialises in location photography, producing images of people, places and objects and activities for editorial, corporate and advertising clients.

Gary's work is diverse in style, and he can be counted on to bring patience, humor and a unique visual perspective to shoots.

Personal work is an important component of Gary's work and current projects include a series of behind the scenes and personal images of some of New Zealand's better known musicians and a series on people who risk their lives in the pursuit of adrenaline.

Gary started his career with Terry Winn in the 80's and credits this formative period with providing the impetus to dedicate himself to a life of photography.

Gary is based in Auckland, New Zealand and assignments take him around the country and the Pacific on a regular basis.
